Mr. Muhammad Ali Shaikh brings over 18 years of experience in transaction advisory, corporate valuations, and financial modelling, as a longstanding member of KPMG's advisory practice in Pakistan. He rose through the firm from Associate to Director, delivering finance and business/corporate advisory services for a diverse range of national and multinational clients.

Throughout his career, he has led engagements in Deal Advisory, Public-Private Partnerships, Business Valuations, Financial Feasibilities, and Mergers & Acquisitions. He has also served as a key member of KPMG's financial modelling and valuation team, contributing to strategic decision-making across sectors including energy, healthcare, infrastructure, real estate, aviation, and financial services.

Mr. Ali is an Associate of the Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA, UK) and a Fellow Chartered Certified Accountant (FCCA). He has also completed specialized trainings in Leading Successful Engagements and Transaction Advisory Services for Higher Management at KPMG Business School, bringing together technical accounting expertise and advisory practice to address complex financial and transactional challenges.

He currently serves as the General Manager, Project Management and TPV at Punjab Financial Advisory Services (PFAS), where he leads project management and third-party validation functions, supporting the Government of Punjab in the effective delivery and oversight of public sector initiatives.
