Mr. Salman Khan brings over 15 years of experience in public administration, governance and policy development, as a member of the Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS). He has served at senior leadership roles in Governments of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. His most recent assignements include Additional Secretary (Staff) to the Chief Secretary Punjab and Additional Secretary Finance Department. He has also served as Deputy Commissioner of Districts Muzaffargarh, Rahim Yar Khan and Khanewal.

Throughout his career, he has led initiatives in Infrastructure Development, Public Finance Management, Digital Transformation, Governance Reforms, and Public Service Delivery. He has also served on the boards of various public sector authorities, contributing to strategic governance and policy oversight.

Mr. Salman holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Energy, Technology and Climate Policy from University College London (UCL). He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from UET Lahore, bringing together technical and public policy expertise to address complex governance challenges.

He currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Punjab Financial Advisory Services (PFAS), where he leads the organization's strategic direction and advisory services, supporting the Government of Punjab in financial management, policy development, institutional strengthening, and evidence-based decision-making.
